At the TNC Club you have the choice between a free basic membership and a paid premium membership with numerous additional advantages. Switching between the membership forms is possible at any time.

Basic Membership

The free basic membership offers advantages and a lot of support for you. Benefit from fast support with your technical questions on the TNC Club helpline. Thanks to your club membership number, our NC specialists have all information about your registered machines such as the control type and NC software fitted so we can answer your request quickly and competently.

For each registered control you can choose to activate either the DXF Converter / CAD Import (Option 42) or the Remote Desktop Manager (Option 133) free-of-charge. Alternatively you can obtain a printed copy of the user manual for your control type. (Software options and User Manuals are limited to 3 per TNC Club member and subject to availability for the control type registered).

Faster service for registered machines: with your machine and control details registered in our database, our technical support specialists are able to more quickly understand your technical issues and respond accordingly.

Background, news, club events: our members stay up to date with the newsletter “TNC Club News”. Learn new control functions, get user tips and experience the versatile activities of the TNC Club.

Premium Membership

Counter the shortage of skilled workers, further training at your location or e-learning with the HIT learning software - as a TNC Club premium member you can enjoy all the benefits of the club without restriction. The membership fee is £850 (plus VAT) in the first year and £450 (plus VAT) from the second year. 

For each registered control you can choose to activate either the DXF Converter / CAD Import (Option 42), the Remote Desktop Manager (Option 133) or the powerful optimized contour milling cycles OCM (Option 167) free-of-charge. Alternatively you can obtain a printed copy of the user manual for your control type. (Software options and User Manuals are limited to 3 per TNC Club member and subject to availability for the control type registered).

Premium members receive a free visit from a HEIDENHAIN user advisor every year. Use all the possibilities this day offers: training of employees directly on the machine, fault diagnostics, optimization of programmes or advice on processing options with the TNC control. You can design the on-site service according to your wishes.

The first time you become a premium member, you will receive our extensive learning set. This includes:

  • one full version of the PC programming station for TNC controls with virtual keyboard or alternatively a full version of the programming station for CNC PILOT controls
  • one HIT milling license 3-axis machining per registered employee
  • one HIT milling 3+2-axis license per registered employee
  • one license HIT turning 2+2-axis per registered employee
  • three HEIDENHAIN coordinate crosses

Three free training course places per year for registered employees. 20 % discount of any further training.

TNC Club Premium Members are entitled to a 20 % discount on all HEIDENHAIN touch probe packages.

Every registered employee receives an account in the online member area of the TNC Club with access to the current HIT modules, exclusive technical information on HEIDENHAIN products, content and links to discounted and free training courses as well as workshops and events of the TNC Club.

As a premium member, you can actively help shape webinars: Michael Wiendl offers an exclusive “clubinar” in which he addresses the topics you have submitted. He presents the solutions in a practical and tailor-made manner using programming examples.
